Seasonal Orders: When should I place my order if I want to receive it on the upcoming holidays, Mother’s Day and Memorial Day long weekend?

Pickups: If you would like to pickup your order during the week of Mother’s day, please place your orders by Friday, April 26th. For Memorial Day weekend pickups, place your orders no later than end of day Wednesday, May 15th.

Shipments: If you would like to receive your order during the week of Mother’s day, please place your orders by Friday, April 26th. For the Memorial Day weekend, place your orders no later than end of day Friday, May 10th. (Orders beyond these dates may include additional priority/first class mailing charges.)

When can I expect my order to be ready for shipping or pickup?

Once you have placed your order, please allow 5-7 days for your order to be shipped or ready for pickup.

How far in advance should I reach out to place my CUSTOM ORDERS?

The earlier the better! Since we do get booked months in advance, please place your custom orders at the latest 2-3 weeks in advance of your desired pickup date, so we have enough time to finalize and prepare your unique order.

Do Ramz’s Bark products contain eggs?

None of our chocolates and dipped treats contain eggs. Our cupcakes, bundt cakes, cakesicles, and some baked treats do contain eggs unless otherwise specified.

Can items that may contain eggs be modified to exclude eggs and/or be made vegan?

YES! Most of our treats can be modifies to made vegan, excluding chocolates which do not contain egg but do contain dairy.

To modify select baked items, select the vegan option under the item dropdown when adding to cart.
